Meet Dr. Michael Tassavor, MD, FAAD
Dr. Tassavor is board certified dermatologist and fellowship trained Mohs surgeon with a clinical focus on cosmetic surgery and lasers. A native of Connecticut, Dr. Tassavor attended the University of Connecticut, graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree in Molecular and Cellular Biology, followed by a Masters in Biomedical Sciences at Tufts University in Boston. He returned to the University of Connecticut for medical school and then completed a dermatology residency at the prestigious Mount Sinai Hospital in New York City. He went on to further training in skin cancer surgery with a fellowship with Dr. Brett Coldiron where he learned cosmetic facial reconstruction and cutaneous oncology.
